Social and Community Participation support helps you get out into the community, meet people, and take part in activities you enjoy.

A support worker can go with you to help you feel safe, confident, and supported while doing everyday social and community activities.

This support can include going shopping, catching up with friends, attending classes or events, visiting cafés or parks, and taking part in hobbies that matter to you.

This support is about living your life, not staying at home.

Shopping and errands
